    Unlink my account from Gold Member's account?


    Hello,

    I'm so lost, and I hope you guys can help me. I want to unlink my account from my soon to be ex-husband's account. I already deleted my profile from the Xbox One, but I want to be able to take my own profile back and apply my own Gold Subscription to it
    without being associated to his anymore. I've looked and looked, and haven't been able to find any sort of answer to that. Any help you guys in the community could give me would be brilliant.

    Thanks for the link, but I'm not looking to change my account email address. It's still my account, it's just linked to his Gold membership. I don't want to have to change my email that has been associated with it for the last decade or so.

    So, I've deleted my profile from his Xbox One, but I'm still trying to figure out how to take my account and apply my own gold subscription to it without being penalized at all.

    When you say it's linked what do you mean by that? Your account should be your account. You would just sign into it on a different console and add a gold subscription. If you're sharing a gold subscription, it's because he has that console set as his Home
    console. You won't have access to his subscription on another console.

    When you say it's linked what do you mean by that? Your account should be your account. You would just sign into it on a different console and add a gold subscription. If you're sharing a gold subscription, it's because he has that console set as his Home
    console. You won't have access to his subscription on another console.

    Hello



    For this kind of issue since you are under Family Pack, only the Master profile can download the game



    Since the free AC2 is for gold members the sub accounts may not be considered as gold since there are only sharing the gold membership from the Master profile



    My suggestion is for you to unlink your account from the Master profile and have your own gold then download the game and once the game is downloaded you can link your profile back to the Master account
