Unlink EAsports account from Madden 18

Good evening,

My son is trying to get a EAsports account logged in on his xbox. The account he is using is mine from a long time ago and for reason there is some random email in the account section already. I cannot find anyway to remove it. Any help would be appreciated.

Spotlight Madden 12 "Ultimate Pack"

I have been escalated with EASports lvl 3 tier for over a week w/o any communication my way; They seem to want to just ignore the problem until it "goes away"; Masters of scam over there to steal peoples money. If I could get all the money and time back
I have put into Madden 12 I would. This is coming from a guy who had purchased everu madden game since 2002... EASports is a joke.

With the information provided it seems that you're trying to unlink the EA account, now this is something that isn't handled by us. I have provided a link to EA Support as this is something that would need to be settled with their support.

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need help with your Xbox account that you want to unlink to your old EA Sports profile.

To unlink an Xbox account from EA Sports profile, you should visit their support page where you can manage your EA Sport profile by there you will have an option to unlink or manage your profile there. Because if you will check on Microsoft support page there is no option to unlink or manage 3rd party accounts or in game accounts.

Here is the support article that will guide you how to unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

-Go to the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal..

-Find the account you want to unlink, and click the Unlink button next to it.

-Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink, knowing all the risks.

-Check the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

-Click Unlink.
