Unlink an account I can't sign into?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

According to Mojang: "Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account. "

I would highly recommend checking all Microsoft accounts that you own, Alieu_.

I think I have to first sign in as the account that's linked and I can't because I can't remember any of the info for that one. I've pressed the unlink dozens of times and nothing.

Unfortunately you can't just sign out and then sign it back in with another account. It just gives a dialogue saying that the account is already linked(even though it's signed out/unlinked) and then you can't play multiplayer permanently because you're
locked out of being able to sign in after that.

I can't seem to use my new account I created and it's annoying cause it keeps signing me into my old account I hate it

only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

head over to https://www.ea.com/

click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account
