Unlink account from remote console which i have not access anymore.

And this is why you never hand your private info to anyone period

Goto your console and signout of all consoles

And change your password

And you are responsible for any charges he incurs

Strange. The 2 things you have already done should kick your account out from that console. To add, I'll recommend you enable 2fa on your account and then set it as your home Xbox, that should kick him off completely.

If he no longer has access to his consoles then he can't remotely remove them from his account. Here is the quote from Xbox Support website,

If you no longer have access to the Xbox One console where you saved your Microsoft account, you won't be able to remove the account remotely. However, you can change your password, which will disable
access to your Microsoft account on the console to which you no longer have access.

Once you recover your account on the new console - the other console will not have access to it anymore.

It would have to be recovered from the live servers, as long as you did not tell them your Login information you won't have any problems.

The remote code you speak of is only good on your console, as that is where it was setup.

I would remove this code if your the only one with access to it at your current residence, it could become annoying.

Unfortunately, you should have access to the account in order to unlink it!
