Unlawful, unbelievably poorly investigated permanent ban which is still in place after case...

In February of 2021, my account was hacked via phishing, and I called Microsoft support; this is the second time this has happened to me. I was able to get my Xbox account back after calling Xbox support. For a violation I didn't commit, I've been given a lifetime ban. After I regained access to my account, I discovered that it had been boosted by about 400,000 gamerscore. I had no idea how this happened. After all, my account was hacked, and the hacker decided to put my gamerscore on it. After speaking with customer service representatives, I assumed there was nothing wrong with my account because no one had mentioned anything to me about the boost in gamerscore which, of course, allowed me to think everything was fine. For something I didn't even do, I've been banned indefinitely. Because of the unlawful use of the account due to someone else's manipulative behaviour, why am I being banned now, considering it is now a problem but wasn't ten months ago? If I had contacted Xbox support sooner, it would have been possible to get it removed. How stupid is this whole thing? If there was an issue with my gamerscore, why wasn't it fixed when I contacted Xbox Support? Then Support Agents did not disclose to me that the intruder had added the gamerscore during the hack, so I assumed everything was fine. Unfortunately, I now face an indefinite ban. Why?

Despite numerous statements from the Enforcement team, it is clear that the gamerscore was put in place when the account was compromised. I have submitted a case review, and the Enforcement team's incompetence continues to shine. Still, I'm being held responsible for the actions of someone else. Isn't it strange that the gamerscore was never removed if there was a problem? I don't know how things can get any dumber. Xbox gamerscore has been constantly tampered with by a large number of individuals for years. Still, I'm being held responsible because I did something else that resulted in a spam report. There is no way for me to know who has seen my case review, but they must have significant issues because I'm constantly referred to as the victim, and I'm just plain tired of it. Despite my repeated declarations that I had no say in creating the gamerscore system, they have yet to produce anything that I could employ. How could I have been left out of the loop if my account had been hacked and the hacker had added gamerscore to it? I don't know how the Enforcement Division can become any more inept. IThe Enforcement team is not going to be praised for their outright and blatant nonsense. I'm sorry for my disrespectful behaviour. It truly is disappointing when something of this importance is taken away from you for no apparent reason.
