Unlawful ban

This is curious, how is locking threads about console bans unlawful?

As M3tal Daz3 mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

You weren't banned for "no reason".

An email was sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here

Any report filed is investigated before any action is taken if needed.

As mentioned,support are nothing whatsoever to do with enforcement,they can tell you how long you are suspended for & that's it,they do not have access to any details on what you did to get suspended.

Other than a thank you message that is rarely sent you are never told the result of any report you file so you don't know whether someone get's suspended or not.

If you want to file for a case review if eligible you can do so via the enforcement site I linked above.

Ummm support has No say on suspensions

Why would.they here is a hint

They don't have any access or info on your suspension other then length

PET has full authority over your suspension because a they have notes on what happened and what occured during the incident

B which you don't seem.to.get

It doesn't matter.who.starts it

It.doesnt make.you immune to the rules and thier actions have no bearing on your suspensions your does

C and very important how.do you know if they got suspended or not you do realize you are never given any private information or results of your report

Only suspension info you are given is your own suspension

D it doesn't matter if you post or screen shot anything for support because they won't know if that exact conversation was the one that resulted in your suspension as previous mentioned they don't know anything of your suspension or when the infraction occured
it could've been weeks ago

Or days before your actual issue of suspension because it is reviewed by multiple teams before issuing your suspension
