Unknown Xbox One on "My Device List"

I bought an Xbox Series S a few days ago. When I go to my devices on the Microsoft site, there is an Xbox One that I don't own. On the first console (Xbox Series S), when I press on it I have three options: one for support, one for apps, and one to remove
the console from the list.

When I press on the console that I don't have, there are two visible options (same as above) and one invisible. If I press it, it gives me this chance

"This Xbox is not my home console

Once you remove this Xbox as your home console, you won't be able to undo this action. You can only change your home console five times a year. "

Can anyone explain to me why? Thank you all

I suggest deleting the xbox one option then it may be fixed. I hope the issue gets resolved.
also when I look at my connected devices list I see my sisters Ipad's, my wii, my moms computer, my psp's and ps vita as unknown, my friends ipod and android as unknown and the 3 xbox 360's wich have been conected at my house as
unknown.
Just to clearify, do you have 3 xboxes connecting to the TG862 at present time? If so, are you able to connect one, or maybe two, of your xboxes to the TG862 properly?

PC won't recognize Xbox One Controller anymore

Are you able to check device manager and write down each and every misc device that is on computer then plug the controller in and then check that list again to see if the exact same amount are there? It may be listed now as a Misc unknown device. If you
can find that and right click uninstall and then reboot computer and plug it back in, it may try to find and auto download/install the driver correctly after that point.

If no device manager device is listed at all after plugging it in, the device simply is not working or is a USB port or cable issue.
It can't be the device that's the problem it was working fine and I am very careful with my things, and my buddy tried it on his PC and it worked fine.

And for the name of the device, there aren't any Misc or unknown ones, and alot of the devices listed have the same name so I am not sure how to differentiate them.

Logitech f710 wireless game controller not recognized.

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

Make sure your controller is turned off and the wireless receiver is plugged in to your PC before proceeding with the steps below:

- Press Windows key+X.
- Click "Device Manager".
- Find any listings of "Unknown Device" in the list of devices, likely under Human Interface Devices or Other - Devices. Make sure you right click it and select the "Scan for hardware changes" and "Update Driver Software" > "Search Automatically for Updated Driver" options before the next steps, especially if you have more than one "Unknown Device" listed.
- Right-click on "Unknown Device" and click "Update Driver Software".
- Click the option "Browse my computer for driver software".
- Click the option "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".
- Near the bottom of the list, select the option that looks something like "Xbox 360 Peripherals" and click "Next".
- From the list, select the driver option "Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows [2/15/2007]" and click "Next".
- A warning will appear about the possibility of the device or your computer not working properly and likelihood of system instability. Disregard it and click "Yes" in the bottom right corner of the panel.
- A message should appear within a few seconds saying that the device has been correctly installed. Click "Ok" and exit out of all device manager windows.

Wireless Xbox 360 controller will no longer sync with PC

Reinstalling the driver manually worked for me. Try this

1. Download the driver from
www.microsoft.com/.../jr9-00011
for your operating system (use Windows 7 download for Windows 10)
2. Double click the .exe and walk through the installation wizard
3. Try and connect the controller again
If this doesn't work, try this

1. Open device manager (windows key + pause > side panel > device manager)
2. Hopefully there's a category named 'Unknown Devices' or something. Unplug your wireless receiver and then plug it back in, this will tell you which unknown device it is in this list.
3. Right click the device and 'Update Driver Software'
4. Select 'Browse my computer for driver software'
5. Select 'Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer'
6. Hopefully there's one listed which is for Xbox 360 controllers
7. Try and connect the controller again
Hope this helps
