Unknown Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One Account. Please Remove achievements from Halo CE ...

A Xbox 360 game (Halo CE Anniversary) appeared on my profile with a couple of achievements on it, so it won't remove from my profile. I already had a discussion with a live chat associate. Here is the case reference number
[Mod Removed]. The person said that in order for that game's achievements to be reset I would have to post on this forum for the "Forum Guys" to remove it. All I need is for the achievements to be removed on Halo CE Anniversary so I can remove
it from my profile. While this may not seem like a major issue for you guys, I have ocd so this really bothers me that 1 xbox 360 game is on my profile with a bunch of xbox one games.

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

 

Xbox 360 system transfer HELP

So I shared an Xbox 360 console with a sibling and we each had our own profiles. So I purchased a new 360 Slim and wanted to take everything associated with my account on the initial console (profile, achievements, game saves) to the Slim.

I transferred everything on a USB but although my profile and achievements transferred onto the USB and loads on the Slim, no game saves to be found.

What can I do to harvest the game saves from the original console without causing problems to my sibling's account and content on the original system?

 

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. No one on the forums has the ability to remove certain achievements. Gamerscore can only reset if you have been found to cheated/modded the achievements. Gamerscore resets can only remove the gamerscore
for all the games you have played, not just certain ones. Even then, the game would still show in your history.

 

This just does not make much sense, modders/hackers have the ability to remove/add achievements but the people that make the console can't? I'm not asking for you to give me 100,000 gamerpoints, all I want for a game that I have not even played (Someone
must have went on my account and played it as I don't even own a xbox 360) and have it removed. Would I be banned/reset/suspended if I did it my *** self?

And, if a game has 0 gamerscore it will automatically be removed after you have played 3 other games, or go on a xbox 360 and remove it there,

 

Games that have been reset can't be permanently removed from your history even though it shows 9 gamerscore.

Yes, if you did it yourself you could risk banning/suspension. Unfortunately that's just how Microsoft designed it. The only other option would be to create a new account.

Btw:

You can remove any games from your games played list that you have earned no achievements or gamerscore. Press the Xbox 360– guide button, navigate left to the games section and choose Achievements. From here choose the game with zero gamerscore you want
to remove and press X (Delete Game History.)

And I know that games can be removed when you have 0 gamerscore, but it is not possible to remove them after they have been reset.
