    NVM. I fixed the problem by factory resetting the controller. Yesterday I was trying to put my Gulikit King Kong 2 Pro controller in update mode, and it turned off and wouldn't come back on again. Afterwards when I checked Bluetooth & device under settings, I see a driver error called Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I tried restarting my PC, uninstalling the driver in device manager and restarting, updating the driver automatically and manually under device manager, reinstalling Windows 11 while keeping my apps and personal files, and etc. I just don't know what to do or what exactly caused this in the first place. I've tried every USB port on my PC, and it always gives the same error. I found the second image under device status of the error under Universal Serial Bus Controllers in device manager.

    I connected the XBOX ONE wireless controller to my Windows 10 laptop via USB connection, but it is not recognized.

    Hi, I looked for it in the Device Manager, but it doesn´t appear on the human interface device section. It appeared on USB controllers as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

    Thanks for the fast reply. However this is one of the first links I had looked at. My Windows 10 recognizes it as an "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) and does not install a driver for it.

    It's fine. I factory reset my controller by holding down the tiny button on the back of it. It turns on and works now.
