Unknown transactions

Based on your description, you are receiving transactions of £104.99 from your bank account multiple times a day almost every day.
Xbox's subscription service does not appear to have a subscription at this price, and it is also generally charged monthly, so we recommend that you contact your bank's support staff and tell them to urgently freeze your account to prevent further damage.



Then check to see if there is a corresponding charge in your Microsoft account spending history:

If you do not recognize these orders on your bank card, you may want to consider contacting the police department. This is because it could also be that your bank card has been stolen.

Hi there,

without any additional information on what happened it will be difficult for people to provide advise on what to do.

For example, if you have unknown transactions on your Microsoft Account then it's best to check the steps on this page:

If there are no unknown transactions on your Microsoft Account, but there are unknown transactions on your bank statement or similar, then it's best to contact the Bank, as far as I know they should be able to stop that from happening.

Trust uncle Helix, just contact support, if it's a 3 month subscription that went off recently in November they will be able to help you out. Just explain you forgot to turn off the auto renewal.

There is no need to go to the bank and claim fraud since you have access to the account now (I'm guessing it is the one you are posting on right now). If they refund you for Novembers charges you can just call them again to remove your card when you receive
a refund.

I highly doubt it's a case of unauthorized access however to be safe you can change the password for this account and turn off auto sign in on any consoles the profile is on. To do this select "my account" at the upper right hand corner of this website
> under settings and preferences select "Xbox 360 Profile Protection" > select Require Profile Download.

Somebody would have to know your new password and email address in order to redownload the profile and continue to use it. I could also walk you through checking the security information on your account to make sure there are no unknown email addresses etc
attached to your account but I'm pretty much certain thats a waste of time

Have you checked your order history on your account page? If you made any purchase with your account it should pop up there.

If you could not find any purchase you could also go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing. There you get an option to set up a call back.

They'll need to look up the charges on the card. If you left your profile on the console then someone might be using it, if so you'll have to go to your bank and claim fraud as MS won't be able to prove it wasn't you.
