    Unknown Suspension, how do I fix?


    So I woke up yesterday morning and was trying to hop on some Rainbow Six Siege and a message popped up when I tried to load in: "Because of your past behavior you cannot play multiplayer games online". So I checked my messages to see if Xbox sent me a message
    and they didn't. I then got hopeless and talked to an xbox agent and they said to check your enforcements but there is no enforcement from yesterday. So then the agent asked for the Console ID to check if it was a console suspension and it was. But wouldn't
    they have told me? And I did nothing to receive the ban in my eyes. So could this have been a mistake and can I undo my ban? Im really not looking looking forward to not playing my Xbox for a month. Oh and I can't communicate with other players. Please help

    Given the indications though, it's quite likely that it was something in your motto/bio. Usually it's something of sexual, racial or otherwise offensive nature. Either way, your profile won't be unbanned that quickly. If it really was hacked (which is an

    Device bans are unfortunately not disclosed by Microsoft. They are only issued for especially serious (or repeated) Code of Conduct violations.

    Yes and it is dangerous for you to do so not just about the suspension

    Leaving any personal.info on any device IS a bad idea

    That's how unknown charges happen.

    How do a fix a wrongful suspension?

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE & file for a case review if eligible but suspensions for LFG post violations are usually 48 hours & not eligible for a case review.

    What exactly did your LFG post say?
