Unknown suspects downloading content

I’ve recently got a new thing in my Xbox series s manage queue section, it doesn’t have a name nor does it have an icon, it won’t install everytime I press the install button it’s says installation stopped and when I delete it, it just come back after a few hours, any of you know what is it and how to get rid of it? (IT IS NOT linked in any way or form to the other downloading content in the picture)

Thank you for getting back with the thread.

How about cancelling the downloads in your queue again? Here are the steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select My games & apps > See all.
Select Manage > Queue.
Select Cancel all to remove them from your queue altogether.

Additional, try resetting your Xbox console to factory defaults by keeping apps and games. Follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options: Select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your first choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games and apps.

After letting everything install and waiting a few days, the unknown app/file is still there

Based on the description, there is unknown game or app that is appearing in your download queue and cannot be removed. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We suggest waiting until all the games in queue are completely downloaded and installed then restart the device thereafter. Let us see if that will remove the unknown app or game that is showing in your download queue. It is possible that it is looping in the app.

The game is working however no content is able to download within Minecraft Marketplace due to some unknown settings in the Microsoft Family Safety.
