    Ive been trying to remove the content restrictions on my xbox account for the past two hours from the website, not the console or the retarded family settings app. I cant access the restrictions at all

    I just want to confirm by content restrictions, do you mean the Xbox privacy settings, is that correct?

    If yes, kindly try to access the settings by following the instructions:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
    Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).
    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

    Note: Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

    Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

    Profile Name Problem

    The gamertag Luis already exists on the Xbox Live service. As to why it is restricted is unknown to me but either way you will not be able to make this your name on Xbox Live.

    Hi there,

    it seems that either you are using the incorrect 'email' (Microsoft Account) to login to your account, or that somehow another xbox live account was created on the same 'email'.

    My advise is to contact Xbox Support to see what exactly happened. They should also be able to help you fix the issue.

    (Which could be something like trying to move this incorrect xbox live account to another MS account).

    Hi there S0LIDG0LDTEETH,

    Sorry to hear you're having some weirdness with your Red Dead Redemption saves.

    From what you're describing it sounds like the game save may have been corrupted. I would check that by:

    Go to Settings > Storage > Select your storage device > Games and Apps > RDR > See if there are any files showing a yellow (!)

    If there are any then delete them. I'm sorry to have to say, but if they have been corrupted, then there is not a way to get those saves back.

    If you're showing everything normal and no corrupted save files, please let us know and we'll work from there.
