'Unknown Profile' on Xbox 360

On the Xbox 360 some of my Minecraft worlds for example are saved under 'Unknown Profile', so I am unable to move, copy or have access to them. These are 100% saved onto my profile and as it is on my cloud save, I cannot connect my hard drive or USB to
my PC to change it. What can I do?

A PC/Max/Linux Minecraft account cannot be used on an XBOX, and vice versa. Furthermore, world save files are not tied to your account, they're saved on your computer, so will not transfer automatically

You can only do it on a Xbox 360. It wont show up on the website anymore. The Xbox One doesn't have the a bio section in profile settings. Whether they are going to bring it back is unknown.

Hey Joust, thanks for the input, but unfortunately, neither of these suggestions have worked, I think my Day One acheivment is tied to my 360, as it shows up on my 360 profile as an 'unknown title' but it has absolutely no affiliation with my xbox one

Yes, both can be on the same Private Network (Wifi/ Router).

Yes, both can be Signed Online at the same time. Unknown if it can be the same Profile though (?). That's not really how Gold Home works, it won't be for the Xbox 360.

No, Players will not be able to play each other Cross Platform from Xbox One to the Xbox 360.

Note: This could also be an issue with an Unknown or Corrupt profile. If an Unknown or Corrupt profile exists in the Gamer Profiles folder, try deleting the profile ONLY and redownloading it. If this still does not work, delete the profile and ALL items
associated, redownload and retry.
