    Sorry to hear it. There are two options available to you here.

    1. Log in at commerce.microsoft.com with all gamertags that you have on the console. This is your billing website and shows all purchases made to each gamertag.

    2. Call phone support to see if they can tell you what the purchase was for. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Hello,

    Today I noticed that on 12/12/2014 there has been a payment going from my creditcard to XBOX LIVE, I have no idea what it can be. Is it possible that someone can check this and e-mail me what I paid (I really didn't buy anything ;s).

    PS: Isn't it possible that I can e-mail to XBOX instead of posting this on a public forum?

    On this link, you can check your account's purchase history, I recommend looking at all the accounts you use. If you don't find any of these charges on your accounts, someone is probably using your payment information, in which case you need to call your bank and cancel the charges.

    Please contact your financial institution to have charge reversed and card or account numvers changed to prevent further issues. If you didn't authorize a purchase someone is fraudulently using your account.

    We’ve tried multiple times. That’s why they completely canceled previous subscriptions after the second card. That didn’t fix anything.

    Important: Please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, transaction numbers, etc.

    That being said, if you are not able to find this charge in any of your accounts order history, Microsoft recommends contacting your financial institution for a refund and to stop incoming charges. Your bank is more than capable of doing this procedure.
