Unknown payment through creditcard

Sorry to hear it. There are two options available to you here.

1. Log in at commerce.microsoft.com with all gamertags that you have on the console. This is your billing website and shows all purchases made to each gamertag.

2. Call phone support to see if they can tell you what the purchase was for. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

I have the same issue: I am not able to buy a Xbox 360 game over the website.

I tried:

1. Payment through PayPal (PayPal is linked with a AMEX credit card)

2. Payment through creditcard directly (AMEX)

3. Payment through creditcard directly (Mastercard)

On every attempt it shows an endless loading screen. I tried it on multiple Windows 10 devices and a Samsung Galaxy S10+.

yep update your creditcard info then you can remove the old card

a creditcard cannot be removed while on an active membership

if you are suspended for payment option you must update the payment method

well what payment option did you use?

a new creditcard or a debitcard?

if you use a prepaid membership card that doesn't solve the issue

you need to add a creditcard or debitcard or paypal account

or you can always call xbox support

and see if they can push your payment thru the new creditcard

Normally the bank transfers your auto-renewal debits from an expired creditcard to the new creditcard, its normal.

Just call the bank and cancel the payments then, if you cannot verify your the owner through the phone support.

The phone support can turn off your auto-renewal if you can pass the security steps.
