Unknown network error?

Hopefully this is the right place, and won't be ignored. Whenever I try to play GTAO I'm constantly being told there is an unknown network error, and when I check my connection it's perfectly fine except for the xbox service alert. But that seems to only
deal with minecraft and apps.

Yes i am respectfully asking anyone for some assistance to this problem ive been having with my xbox 360 not connecting to xbox live or to network .I already unplugged n restarted it but mesaage keeps popping out "theres a problem with your connection.

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? Xbox, computer, kindle.

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Internal

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

It happens to me from the first day that I started playing GTA V on Xbox, the connection always fails me, it takes me out at all times, I have never been able to play agusto I even thought it was my
internet error and even changed my service company and still the same, and may be the ports we use and the location where we live, the type of NAT affects us, you could check your NAT type I have tried to solve it opening more ports
