Unknown monthly payment

I have a 7.99 monthly payment coming out of my account (Microsoft*Console 1-Month Reading 7.99) is what it says on my bank statement. However my microsoft account says that no payments have been made since 2010. I cannot find any other accounts with the
email addresses I use. I would like to stop this payment as I do not use any microsoft services.

How do I find somebody who can help me stop this payment,
