If you have performed all the troubleshooting steps (such as eliminating wireless interference, resetting the router, and verifying the wireless network passphrase) and are still having trouble, you may have a router that is incompatible with Xbox One. This
might be resolved by updating the device’s firmware.

A router’s firmware includes network protocol, security, and administrative features. Routers that have older information stored in the firmware may not work correctly. Router manufacturers often provide updates that provide performance, stability, security,
and connectivity improvements. Updating router firmware can resolve issues with slow performance or dropped connections.

You can download these firmware updates and install them yourself. Your computer needs to be directly connected to the router using an Ethernet cable so you can upload the new firmware file directly to the router.

If the firmware update does not resolve the issue, the router may be incompatible with your Xbox console.

I can connect to my router, but I'm not dragging anything from it. I have 0.00 MBps upload Blank download Blank MTU and 105 Latency 7% packet loss

I can test my connection and everything but it wont connect to Xbox Live. I have contacted Xbox Support and everything, even my ISP says everything is fine.

I am running currently 7 WiFi Devices, (phones, laptops, tablets, other consoles) and each one is working fine. Only Xbox ONE is affected.. About 7PM on Nov. 2 is when it went out, I can only connect to Xbox Live through an Ethernet cable.

I need some help. I don't know if I need a repair, or what... but that is simply out of the question... I don't see how it was just fine sitting there and then, boom, gone. Ive even been running the same network for the past TWO years. Nothing has changed
since.

let me know if you have any ideas or related issues please. I need this fixed ASAP!

That's definitely odd, could you post up what the make and model of your router and modem are? Also, one of the best troubleshooting steps to do in this situation is, if possible, is connecting to a different network to see if the Xbox One has similar results
(I recommend reaching out to a nearby family or friend to try this). Doing that will narrow it down to a network issue or a console issue.

I'd go with Mister Beep's suggestion. Try connecting to another wireless network with your Xbox. If the Xbox will connect to the other wireless network and pass traffic, then you know the adapter in your xbox is good.
