Unknown install device

Discus and support Unknown install device in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I claim a game from games with gold it lists an xbox console I dont own that I can install games to but it does not show up in my device list....     When I claim a game from games with gold it lists an xbox console I dont own that I can install games to but it does not show up in my device list.

    How do I remove this device.

    Thanks for the fast reply. However this is one of the first links I had looked at. My Windows 10 recognizes it as an "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) and does not install a driver for it.

    I have the same problem, it just shows up as an unknown usb device. Why cant we just download the correct driver and install it manually?

    I just realized you are using an Android device, my apologies.

    Can you read the posts in the built in Chrome web browser just to isolate the issue?

    Its possible there might be an unknown compatibility issue.

    Which version of Android is currently installed on your device?

    Try highlighting it and pressing the menu (formerly known as the start) button. Then see if there's an option to "Manage game"' or "see on marketplace" or something like that. If there is, you can at least see what it is and whether or noty ou should cancel
    the download.
