    Unknown Gamertag in the BF friends menu


    I keep seeing a name that is not on my friends list and is not even listed as a follower. The name appears as one of the boxes on top when I am in the Battlefront menus. This person doesn't even play the game, he has no history. He doesn't appear on my friend's
    list. I've tried blocking, muting, nothing seems to make his box disappear. I've never added this person and he has never add it me. Also he does seem to be grayed out, not like my real friends who appear in color on top. Any help would be great, thanks!

    Can't find my best friend.

    1. Hover over your profile in the top right corner.

    2. Select 'Friends' from the drop down menu.

    3. Type your friend's gamertag in the 'Find Friends' box.

    4. Add friend.

    no that's not a valid reason for a forced gamertag change

    either save your money or the easiest step ever

    set your privacy settings to friends only including communications

    this will block unknown mails

    To play with a friend, you can either access their profile (via the guide button, the silver button in the middle. The going to your friend list and selecting their gamertag). However as for joining using the in-game menus, you'll need to move your thumbstick
    left when in the menu and when a friend is online. Then when you have their gamertag highlighted/selected, press 'A' and you will see a menu appear. With that menu you will need to go down to the third option I believe labeled "Join session" OR "Join party",
    it's something like that. I hope this helps! :)

    Hello,

    You can report a gamertag by going to friends list on the menu. Change the setting to recently played and select the gamertag and there will be a lost of option including the option to report.
