Hey I am having the same issue, but when checking Event Viewer, this is the error I am seeing:

There are many players who have the same problem as you.



Apparently this is a large-scale problem of anti-cheat programs,



MANY USERS HAVE TRIED TO RESET THE SYSTEM AND INSTALL WINDOWS CLEANLY BUT IT DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM,



Therefore, we believe that this may be an issue with the anti-cheat version of the program.



As a solution, you can try changing the network environment, such as switching to a different Wi-Fi or wired network.



Often, the solution to this type of problem ultimately depends on updates from the game developer.



Here's a list of other options that might work.



1. Add the anti-cheat program to your firewall whitelist

2. Fix the anti-cheat program, the address may be in:

Crogram Files (x86)EasyAntiCheat



After launching the repair process, select Hell Let Loose in the box that appears and click on Repair Service to repair automatically, during which if the firewall is alarmed, pull in the trust.

Go to the game directory, delete the eazyanticheat folder, and then verify the integrity of the game, and the re-download is successful.

Hello, I suggest you make a Report on the Xbox(Beta) App, like the app is Test Version

1. How long have you been getting this error code? since the first day I installed the game
   
2. Did you get same error code on other games? no. halo master chief plays perfect
   
3. May we ask if your PC have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed? none , I all use is windows defender firewall
   
4. Is the account you use to sign into Microsoft Store and Xbox app are the same account stored in PC Settings > Accounts > Emails & Accounts. yes the account is the same for all
   
5. May we ask for the Windows version and edition of your computer or laptop? Please type WINVER into the Windows search bar and hit Enter. Version 22H2 (os build 19045.2130) windows 10 pro
   

I've tried with several gamers to fix to no avail. I created a new user still no luck. I know this game works but something is blocking me.

sometimes it says firewall permission mccwinstore-win64-shipping.exe / mccwinstore-win64-shipping.exe I click allow. these are all copyright protection schemes. the game is so heavily protected that a legit version does not work.

I would be happy if MS would just ship me a disk version in replace of this digital version. they already took my money so why not give me something that's real instead of virtual.
