Unknown family member in family settings

Several months back my son said his fortnite account had gotten hacked and he couldn't access it anymore. I hate the xbox so I have not had time to look into this because as an adult we are just busy. So today I was updating my office 365 subscription and
I notice a random user in my family settings. I did not add this user and they only had access to the xbox. So how can I remove this person and also how can I get back all the fortnite items that my son had bought that apparently this fraudulent user stole
from his account. I am so angry that this was so easy for this person to do. Please explain to me how to get back all his items we paid for and report this user to the microsoft for theft. He has been heartbroken he can not access his fortnite account and
all those skins and weapons gone.

I had an unknown second account showing when I tried to download my profile and it turns out it belonged to a family member who I had linked to my Microsoft account. Log in to account.live.com and check your Family settings on the left-hand side.

Well, I contacted Microsoft support and they basically said that I'm ***. I can't get out of the family, but when my account turns 18, they can't change my restrictions, but I'll still be stuck in the family. I really want to get out of this. Can anyone
help?!?!

Now when I try to request a call it isn't letting me enter my name, which is a "required field." The bar that I enter it into is gray, and I can't click on it.
