    Unknown Error when starting the game Please HELP!!!!!!!


    I can't even get past the "Press Start to Play" screen. It gives me a message saying "Load Failed. An unknown error has occured" I have exhausted all the help that Xbox support could give me. Deleting saved game data, uninstalling and reinstalling the game,
    nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have a solution.

    You may need to do a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
