    Unknown error codes to Xbox support - Games not launching


    Starfield when launching gives this error code: 0xc0000005

    Ark survival Ascended gives this error code: 0xbdb2e

    I have completely uninstalled all the games, removed all the files, deleted the Xbox app and anything related. Removed all old drivers and did a fresh install of up-to-date and stable drivers. I've ran everything as Administrator, I've verified the game files, these are fresh downloads of the games - no issues found, the built in tool found no issues with the app. No updates are pending.

    I've searched my **** off trying to found an answer with everything just saying to uninstall pretty much everything or disable windows defender which is so stupid. The hyperlink given when the error codes appear don't even link to anything useful - the error codes aren't listed on Xbox support's list of error codes.

    These games used to run without any issues.

    It's very tiring to be paying for ultimate and I can't even play the games I want to play because there's unknown issues with no way to report the crash through the Xbox app, which is stupid considering everything else supports sending error and crash reports directly.

    I also can't upload photos because it keeps failing - fix this ****

    Error code for redeem code - checked with issuer and code is still good

    It was Bing support I contacted I did not now how to get hold of xbox support.

    The error code reported by xbox, had a link which came to a page that said unknown error and a link to the forums.

    I just want to clarify, the error codes show up after the installation and you're unable to launch GTA V is that correct?

    May I know which device are you using to install the game, is it on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox series console?

    Also, is your GTA V a digital game or a disc game?
