Unknown EA account linked to my Xbox gamertag

I know that this has been talked about a ton of other people but my account has an EA account linked that I know nothing about. I have went through

EA to get them to unlink it but they have a dumb policy where if you can't prove that the EA account is YOURS, which it is not, you can't make ANY

changes even if that involves an account you own. I have checked all EA account I currently own and have even gotten in contact with Xbox support who

said they would look into and never did, But I think that's just because of the fact its probably impossible. So even if no one can do anything-right now-

maybe anyone that has any connections or influence can at least try to get someone who can make something change hear about this.

I have the same issue. My MS account was hacked (I assume) and linked to the hacker's EA account. Multiple tickets / calls with EA and they can't help me because *shocker* I don't own the EA account linked to my gamertag. When I try to play EA play games, it tells me my account is already tied to the hacker account....

At this point I think the only option for us is to create a brand new MS account /w new gamertag.

i tried to log in with my XBOX LogIn data, i tried this on a computer but i cannot log in.
