Unknown communication ban, possibly caused by lfg

So I've heard a lot about players being banned because of lfg's lately and thought it was obviously bull, however today was my lucky day, a two week com ban and all I've done is message mundane things to friends and play online in private parties, never
abusive or rude and yet this happens, I'm livid, and obviously appealed but there no real explication on the website, it just tells me I've either sent or said something deemed innapropriate. Not what and when to whom? sick of this sort or stuff, anyone
else experienced this? I've about had the last straw, if it's not the disc reader breaking it's about stupid com ban... Come on Microsoft ! PS for me now unless I can sort this, any one else had issues?

The ambassadors are not tasked with alerting the enforcement team. That’s on you, which you have done as you already said. It’s two separate entities and anything we would pass along wouldn’t expedite the matter for you, which is why the report feature
is there to begin with. Hopefully your situation will be rectified to your liking.

Youre an ambassador too 😂actually do you want to try and be and ambassador and take this information to a team that can solve the problend? rather than just tell us to appeal and go through a rigged system that won't help? You've got more influence than
any of us (granted I don't know how much you have but none of us can speak on behalf of xbox) or do you not care about the community who pay for your at the moment poor service and product?

At least highlight this issue somewhere
