Discus and support unknown charges in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; we have been seeing multiple purchases without any warning as to where or why they are being applied, can someone please fill me in as to why this is...     I called Microsoft support and I honestly found the service to be dreadful. We ended up calling, getting transfered, put on hold, hung up on etc. This all took at least half an hour and we received no help. We finally called PayPal and within 5 minutes we
    found out the cause and stopped it. The cause also angered me because even though I checked my account to be sure, our renewal for xbox live was annually(I even got an email telling me so) we were getting charged monthly for my membership. Usually I find Microsoft
    to be very helpful but I was extremely disappointed this time.

    You need to call 1800-4my-Xbox "if in the U.S" for official support.

    Monster, alternatively you can use these instructions to atleast view what the purchases were and then do as said above if you feel they are not yours:

    Did you use a trial for some of the applications like Zune , Lovefilm, Netflix etc because i noticed something sneaky about them , they are easy to start the trial but to once it runs out they just start charging you if you dont cancel it and its not as
    easy to cancel as it is to start, i had to go as far as calling xbox on the phone to cancel all my trials which is wrong imo , you should be abel to do this on your xbox , but yeah maybe thats the problem ?

    The 1-year family plan is a yearly charge, all other may be a monthly charge, not entirely sure since i've only ever used the family plan aside from getting pre-paid cards.
