    Unknown Banned Console Confusion


    To Who it May Concern,

    My mother bought a used Xbox One for my little sister. Money is tight right now, and that is all that we could afford. The person my mother bought it from has since vanished and we can not get in touch with them for a return. The reason I was requesting
    a return from them was because I had discovered that the IP address of the console has been banned from all Xbox servers. Since this had nothing to do with my sister and this is all that we could afford to get her for Christmas I really need the ban to be
    lifted on the IP address. It would really make my sister's holiday special because she only wants it to play online with me because I will be moving out of our childhood home soon. I appreciate everyone who took the time to read this.

    Getting console banned for no reason or unknown reason

    I've been console banned for an unknown reason and Microsoft support cant justify to my why i was banned.

    Unfortunately, this has happened to me as well. I joined a game and i didn't realize users couldn't have killed me. Then I assume i was reported then bam.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. Any information about your ban would be listed at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com They do not give specifics.

    If I'm supposed to go there then why would support tell me to make a forum post here?

    Also it states that ALL console bans are permanent yet mine lifts on the 10th of October.
