    So I have tried every possible solution that is readily available on the internet since today's posting date (2021-06-14). Can someone please assist?!? I am the administrator on the account. My Microsoft account is up to date and okay and so is my XBox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. When Wreckfest became available I was able to download that game but ever since I have had this "Unknown available".

    None of the suggested is working for me, nothing I found on youtube is working for me, this new update completely made getting new games on xbox app and through the microsoft store IMPOSSIBLE.

    I tried EVERYTHING, even reset my pc, NOTHING.

    Gotta love my luck, too bad I can't win the lottery with this ****.

    i had this same problem and i just fixed it heres how.........

    i got this from DAN Z over on the Feedback hub ............

    Can now occur if you have deleted the "Program Files\ModifiableWindowsApps" and "WindowsApps" folders on other drives even when they're empty and unused. Uninstalling and reinstalling Gaming Services will not help this issue. To fix the problem I was having you need to go into SETTINGS -> SYSTEM -. STORAGE and select "CHANGE WHERE NEW CONTENT IS SAVED" and change where new apps are saved to the drives you removed those folders from. Then you can change it back to your default. This is an Xbox app problem for some dumb reason.

    Amazing. The good old format drive and reinstall Windows from scratch worked for me when nothing else did.

    make sure windows updates are fully up to date, then get updates from the windows store in that order, see this fixed it for some others the other day.

    My already installed games do not work! I can safely play any EA Play games tho as that is launched through their own launcher! And hopefully Microsoft has an answer to this issue!
