    So I tried to download a few more games on my windows 10 device and when I went to download it in the select disk part of the download window it said "Unknown Available" and will not let me download any games help is very much appreciated thanks

    Thanks for the reply. I see it in the Xbox app and when I press resume download, it says error. The error says "this app or game requires more room than your drive has available." I changed the download to my second drive which has 156GB available and same thing. I then tried it on my third drive which has 400GB available and it still says the same thing.

    But I installed that games without problem. After I gave my account to my brother I saw that problem. Is that the reason?
