Unknown ADULT Family Member

A while ago, my account was hacked. I fixed that problem by changing the password, but recently I looked at the family I was in... the only people in the family are me and someone I don't recognize... and that person is the adult, and I am the child.
How can I get out of this family? That person is messing with my restrictions!

Another unknown:

Will a family member not be able to start a game if I'm already playing it? <- more likely.

OR

Will I kick off a family member if I start a game he/she's already playing? <- less likely.

 

Microsoft, PLEASE just give us (Gold Members) codes for DiRT 3

Child account restrictions, ask the member of your family that is the "adult" of the account.

Now when I try to request a call it isn't letting me enter my name, which is a "required field." The bar that I enter it into is gray, and I can't click on it.

Well, I contacted Microsoft support and they basically said that I'm ***. I can't get out of the family, but when my account turns 18, they can't change my restrictions, but I'll still be stuck in the family. I really want to get out of this. Can anyone
help?!?!
