Unknown Account Issue

Back in 2011 my account was hacked on MechianRed my main profile; went through the process of getting it reinstated with success. Around 9/24/13 it was locked again after I had applied a prepay 3 month Live Gold to it around 9/7/13 for no reason at
all; been using my secondary for a year now. Tried to get on with T1-T2 support today 8/31/14 with no luck on unlocking my main account (130min) . For some reason as far as me and my Computer guy found out it has some major issue which requires
T3 support. The T2 rep could not even generate a case number off of all the password resets and other stuff we have tried. Had this under Support Xbox Form 09 because I was told by support to post it at that form. But it was deleted by XBLPET Iota for some
reason. I would like to get my account active again, so I can continue using my services; it is a severe inconvenience.

Unknown profile issue

Hey there Vaapad91, the issue you're describing is typically fixed by redownloading your profile, not caused by download it. Have you attempted to redownload any of the DLC from your download history? (It'd be free) - Let us know if this helps.

Unknown account

Hello,

When I was younger, I owned a Game For WIndows Live account with some games to buy in CD formats.

Except today this account totally unknown that it is for the email as well as the password.

So I would like to know if it is possible to indicate me my email address from the game keys register to my account and also to reset my password?

The game keys are:

- Resident Evil 5 : [Mod Removed]

- Lost Planet 2 : [Mod Removed]

- Grand Theft Auto IV : [Mod Removed]

Hello I am ForceUser87's Friend in life and have been trying to help him resolve his issues with it. Was on the phone a long time as explained above, so if we can get a Mod involved and someone who can fix accounts directly it would be most appreciated.

Hey, guys! Sorry to see that you are unable to get access to your profile, ForceUser87. Unfortunately, the only way to gain access is to follow the instructions that phone support gave you.

If you remember the email or have access to your 360 that still has that account on it (you can get the email by trying to sign in if it asks for you to input your information, or if you can sign it, it will rotate at the top right of your dashboard), you will
want to head over to account.live.com and click Can't access your account? at the bottom of the sign in page. You'll have to be signed out of all accounts to see that.

Follow the instructions there. Once you get an email from the automated system, if it says you didn't provide enough information, there will be a number at the bottom of it that support will need to escalate you up properly. They will also need the console
ID from the console that you accessed that account from.

Hopefully this helps you out! I'm sorry to say that we cannot be of more help, but I hope my steps do make things more clear for you.

We did all the above Misses Quinzel the first time and they could not even log the case number on T2 support when we gave them our info. We can try again; although I fear results may be the same. We need a T3 or higher account admin to call MechianRed/ForceUser87
to fix his account it is that locked for unknown reasons.

I'd go with Mister Beep's suggestion. Try connecting to another wireless network with your Xbox. If the Xbox will connect to the other wireless network and pass traffic, then you know the adapter in your xbox is good.

Hey SpaciousMetroid!

That's definitely odd, could you post up what the make and model of your router and modem are? Also, one of the best troubleshooting steps to do in this situation is, if possible, is connecting to a different network to see if the Xbox One has similar results
(I recommend reaching out to a nearby family or friend to try this). Doing that will narrow it down to a network issue or a console issue.
