Unknown account connected to my minecraft on ps5

It says that nothing is connected, but that’s most likely because the Minecraft account im trying to connect to isn’t this account(equinoxmarq) and rather a unknown email that I’m trying to find.

Hi Jonathan my son is on his PS5 trying to access his minecraft account.

On Minecraft and Minecraft dungeons it says sign into Microsoft Account. I do it says to sigh into the account that’s already connected. And I did and it says the same thing to go back to the other account. I been trying since Christmas it’s impossible. I spend at lest 4 hours a day trying different ways to sign in on my ps5.

I did the account on my email but like a example I can’t play Minecraft realms on ps5 whit my Microsoft account

I’m afraid to say, but according to the official Minecraft article I’m going to share below:

“As of March 15, 2023, please DO NOT unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so.”, and in addition to that, “Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account.”
