    Unknowingly Paying - Refund? [Billing?]


    Just curious whether or not xBox Live could actually monitor/check into the Accounts to justify this.

    Ie.,

    I haven't unpacked my console since I've moved back in December. I've been charged since December - first charge being 1.13 - Last month I was charged 12 for Live, this Month was another 12.

    I haven't renewed so why am I being charged this?

    Why was nothing done other than turning off my renewal?

    Think I deserve an apology, at least.

    I can see this being as a Billing Problem and/or Account issue.

    Is there any way for Xbox to actually see if I was using the xBox live? Maybe someone else has used a console using my GamerTag?

    Sorry - I actually didn't mean to create a 'duplicate thread.' Tried to cancel the other one since this one had a bit more to the question.

    I've already tried contacting them and they didn't say anything other than they'll turn off my renewal.

    Not stupid, but I'm not sure there is a way to do that directly. You would have to purchase a subscription pre-paid card from a retailer and apply it to your account.
