I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the subscription being charged to an unknown account. If the subscription is not showing under your account, it’s possible that someone in your household is using your card to purchase or renew a subscription.

Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Ask your household members if they are using your card for subscriptions. If there's none, proceed below to investigate.

2. Sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

3. Under "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?", click Investigate. (Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.)

4. A pop-up window will appear on the right pane. Select the card where the charge is occurring. If the card is not listed, you can add the card where the charge is coming from. This will display all transactions made with this payment method, including those from another user on their own account. Locate and click on the transaction that matches the amount on your card to view more details.

5. If the transaction is linked to a different account, you will see a partially censored email address. Check if you recognize it or ask others in your household if it looks familiar. If it’s your account, log in to that account and request a refund using this link: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund. Gather all the Order numbers that you see on the Order History and inform them about the issue as to why you are requesting a refund. However, if you don’t recognize the email address or the account, we recommend contacting your bank to report the transaction.

i bought it but when i download it i can't play it because it is an "Unknow game""
