Unjustifies billing

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all Microsoft accounts that you have in that way we can check if we can find the transaction from there for you to see.

Hi, finally I was able to get into contact with Microsoft by telephone. They told me that the payment was for a subscription on another account, owned by my partner, but paid by me. Now I know this I have been able to take the necessary steps to reduce our two accounts to ons. Thanks for your reaction.

Keep playing like you are and possibly try some other games and your rep will increase over time. Free to play games like World of Tanks, Neverwinter, etc. are good games to play to try to improve your rep.
