    on April 1 in the afternoon I receive a notification from xbox live where I am permanently suspended for cheating, something I have never done on the platform, I send a review of the case and they denied it, with this I receive another email where I He says that he left me because of complaints and that I harassed other people, which I haven't done either, on the console I get that it's just a suspension, it's been many days and I don't see any changes. I do not know what to do.

    It doesn't seem to me that I look at the inconsistencies that exist and one cannot communicate with them, besides how it will be that for some people who complain one has permanent suspension and in the console it says only suspension is an error can be clearly seen.

    Any information about his suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team an possibly have the suspension listed.

    The enforcement team do not issues suspensions based on hearsay. They investigate every report they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine a person has done something to violate the code of conduct.
