Unjustified suspension

So i was playing for Honor and this guy was camping in a zone we needed to capture and he got the jump on me and killed me so i just quick chated saying "wow good fight" and he messages me "salty " and i jist reply "no you hid and stunned" amd it goes
on from there but he starts to target me and kill me multiple times and starts messaging swearing everytime he kills me in game so after he keeps it up and i just say "i honestly don't know why your this salty" I've never seen someone so bitter after winning"
"shut your [mod removed] mouth and take the win" and so he reports that and gets me suspended for two days even though he engaged with me and started swearing.

Is there any way i can get help with this? I've called support numbers and they just tell me they can't do nothing which sucks because this guy is getting away with falsy reporting me and making my account look bad

It doesn't seem to me that I look at the inconsistencies that exist and one cannot communicate with them, besides how it will be that for some people who complain one has permanent suspension and in the console it says only suspension is an error can be clearly seen.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

Any information about his suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team an possibly have the suspension listed.

The enforcement team do not issues suspensions based on hearsay. They investigate every report they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine a person has done something to violate the code of conduct.
