Unjustified permanent ban!

My now old xbox account was banned until the year 9999 after recovering it from ringing up micrsoft. It took a lot of time just so they would help, after I had my account for About a month or more i went back onto my account and it said I was banned. I understand
why my account was banned in the first place, it would of been an error on Microsofts end because my account was hacked and the name was changed and the "hacker" used it as an account of his own, I know this because when I got my account back I had lots of
unread messages and new messages getting sent when I was on it saying "can you do a modded lobby" or "could you max out my GTA account" and when I went on to GTA I was level 999 with lots of money. I'm sure there were other games the "hacker" played so maybe
Microsoft thought it was still violating the Xbox terms and services. All I ask for is that I get my account back I still have the email adreess and password for the account. so if my complaint is read please could you help

Ban unjustified

The enforcement tam do not use the forums.

You would need to go to the enforcement site were you can see why you were suspended & file for a case review if eligible

Already tried but they didn't even try to assist me , they didn't tell me what course of action was wrong. They told me the duration of the ban, told me it was a communication ban and that was it.

You can click the link in my signature and read the How to part of the web page on how to file for a case review (How to submit a case review is on the far left with all the other things you are able to do on the website) which is only valid if you got the
suspension / perm ban within the year.

Hi,

if you was banned permanently then there is no way to get banned unless its unjustified but most of the time the bans are correct.

I have tried to submit a case but it won't work for some reason. And for the details about my permanent ban it's very vague this is a unjustified ban and it's frustrating because they should have other ways to contact them incase the only option isn't working like what's happening to me.
