Unjustified Enforcement ban??????

[Mod Removed] Gamer pic that got me suspended for 24 hours????????

According to Microsoft/Xbox Code of conduct Gamerpics may not include nudity or lewd material, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, or other content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics.

Can someone explain where I violated the code of ethics?!?

I am no longer suspended but I find it unfair to receive a "blemish" on my account when I did nothing wrong.

Could not request a review because it was a 24 hour ban only.

5 DAYS !!!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 DAYS FOR THE XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM TO LOOK INTO MY UNJUSTIFIED BAN AND MADE SERVERAL THREADS TALKED TO ONLINE SUPPORT AND PHONE SUPPORT NO ONE CAN HELP ME !!!

forums.2kgames.com/.../forumdisplay.php would be the best place to post about the game play on line, since the publisher is 2K games.

 

Umm keep trying or at least read the terms of use it's an easy one

However it's pretty clear cut

Politics do not belong in gaming

 

This also prevents you from being in further insiders programs fyi for a year

 

From the Code of Conduct:

Content that is controversial. For example:

• Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
• Violent content
• Controversial religious content
• Anything involving notorious people or organizations
• Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical

 

I'd suggest changing your current gamerpic before someone reports you for that one too.

As the others have mentioned, controversial references to political figures are a violation to the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct is not exactly pinpoint; you basically want to avoid uploading anything that someone else would potentially find offensive.

 

Got it thanks for the clarification guys! Weird, the enforcement team referenced " Gamerpics may not include nudity or lewd material, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, or other content designed to sound like, look like, reference,
or allude to these topics" I took it as that was the reason. I changed gamerpic, hopefully this one is safe.
