    Unjustified Communication Ban


    Hi, my account was communication banned for 48 hours because a message I sent saying Dude im trying to sleep now [mod removed] (literally The letter F) when this person was rude and vulger in the party I
    was in which I left then started spamming me with invitations to his party and game I will admit I should of just stayed quiet but I didn't I was having a bad day I lost two friends IRL that day and I wasn't in a great mood. I do understand I should have been
    quiet but sometimes things happen when you are are just tried, and fustrated but I do think being communication banned for 48 hours is a little unjustified

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can log into enforcement.xbox.com to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.

    Already tried but they didn't even try to assist me , they didn't tell me what course of action was wrong. They told me the duration of the ban, told me it was a communication ban and that was it.
