    Unjustified Ban


    I received a communications ban upon logging into my xbox. My messages have been limited to my friends, and my messages have been peaceful. My friends also claim they did not report me. Therefore, I dont see why I got a ban.

    The enforcement tam do not use the forums.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site were you can see why you were suspended & file for a case review if eligible

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    The forums will be unable to assist you with your problem, especially in terms of unbanning you. The Xbox Enforcement staff do not post here.

    Already tried but they didn't even try to assist me , they didn't tell me what course of action was wrong. They told me the duration of the ban, told me it was a communication ban and that was it.

    Unfortunately we can not do anything about bans. Remember its best practice to not respond to negative msg and to just report them if deemed appropriate. Be sire to head over to the enforcement site and read the terms of use to better educate yourself
    on what is and isnt acceptable on xbox live.

    The minute you respond to someone makes it so you're both eligible for a ban, Also keep in mind bans can happen weeks after the fact since Xbox Enforcement investigates everything thoroughly. They can see all sorts of stuff behind the scenes (even deleted
    messages) All you can do now is open a case review if you feel like it's worth disputing.
