    So a guy who got mad in for honor starts using revenge and for that my teamate and I start ganking, we lose and then this guy start sending me messages that i deserve a com ban and I just i dont care bc i dont think that will happen bc i dont do something
    wrong, but in fact i get banned on messages and this just get me mad, i dont know if this guy got a special feature to insta ban but i want to do something about it, i want a ban for this guy to do unjustified ban to other people, his gamertag is

    You can log into enforcement.xbox.com to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.

    Already tried but they didn't even try to assist me , they didn't tell me what course of action was wrong. They told me the duration of the ban, told me it was a communication ban and that was it.

    Unfortunately we can not do anything about bans. Remember its best practice to not respond to negative msg and to just report them if deemed appropriate. Be sire to head over to the enforcement site and read the terms of use to better educate yourself
    on what is and isnt acceptable on xbox live.

    The minute you respond to someone makes it so you're both eligible for a ban, Also keep in mind bans can happen weeks after the fact since Xbox Enforcement investigates everything thoroughly. They can see all sorts of stuff behind the scenes (even deleted
    messages) All you can do now is open a case review if you feel like it's worth disputing.
