    Unjustifiable suspension for theft


    Hello all and hopefully I may be assisted with this. I have 2 accounts which one is for my son. I travel alot for work in public media, video and television; so my consoles usually are taken to all parts of the world. At times I make payments on either account
    to access bonus features but that is why the options are there and currency applied depends where I am stationed for work. With this said, brings me to my question: My son got chat suspension until 5-4-17. I tried to consider all aspects and yes my son was
    wrong in chatting with a user regardless if he was defending himself. He understood, got reprimanded and waited for the suspension to be lifted which was for 7 days. There is a price for everything and learned his lesson yet before the suspension term ended,
    I received another notice by email stating that my account was again suspended but this time was for theft, phishing and or solicitation of personal information which is an erroneous claim. I thought this was a spoof email for me to log into account via the
    email but no. I believe there is something wrong here with all respect and now I'm taking it personally with all of the investment I have made. The details listed on the TOS are understood but it is not the case on the account. Defamation of Character and
    questioning a loyal customer's integrity is subject to legal actions / ramifications. I would rather have this matter attended in an amicable and prompt manner but needs an open / truthful line of communications. What is an alternative contact method after
    trying to appeal a wrong claim and still under review?

    BANNED!!!

    you have to post in the suspension forum but they will not answer about account theft as there is a sticky in the suspension forum that will tell you all they will tell you about marketplace theft.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB is the only way to contact the enforcement team & the only way to appeal a suspension or ban.

    If you have done this & the case is under review then all you can do is wait for the decision.

    B careful what u say on any body's forum cause once leagality word pops on they can real make u go thru heck if they choose,just b-cause threat 4 leagal action.

  6. don't let these folks discourage you it is understandable that since you tend to travel that it could appear purchases are being made from various places. as for the legal action as long as you are in the right and prove so even if legal actions where taken
    on there apart they are the ones that have to show the wrong doing not you, so as long as you are 100% sure that there is a true problem go for it.

  7. see this is the problem your answer for all of these are just copied and pasted that is what the true problem is posting this over and over again only shows that people have no care or interest in a problem because it doesn't affect them whether its true
    or false. we get that the don't browse the forums however we do know that the staff here do and they are also trained to moves these matters up when necessary or key words are played.
