Unjust Xbox ban

Hi, so my Xbox acct was wrongfully reported for content I didn't realize was sent in a message. I know that my acct is on other people's Xboxes and that they more than likely sent the message. How do I get this ban removed. This is affecting my income as a twitch streamer.

I would have your account removed from those other peoples xboxs. Letting someone else use your account in and of itself is a banable offense. You are responsible for anything that happens on your account even if its someone else who did it.

Nothing you can do at the moment as the enforcement system is having issues so you can't appeal any enforcement actions.

Why is your account on other peoples consoles & why are they using your account? That is a violation of the ToU/CoC. You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not sue the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. It doesn't matter if your friend filed complaints as a prank or not. If the enforcement team determined
you did something to violate the code of conduct, they would take action.

You were apparently banned for violating the Code of Conduct with such a photo. There was even a warning on the upload screen.

Suspensions are only dealt with on the
Xbox Enforcement website. If eligible, you can submit a case review as your appeal.
