Unjust threat of blocking

Hello Xbox,

I am often negatively evaluated lately. I insult no one. I try to chat as little as possible. Just because I do better in some games can be me but no cheating underneath and report me - which resulted in the turn that I can be locked. That's unfair. Cheats
is in my opinion on the Xbox One not possible or I have neither idea or the desire to try such a thing. I just want to play ... just because there are bad losers. I need urgently your help since I would not be blocked ... not when I have done nothing. Thanks

Xbox Live message harassment/death threats

What Owenkiller said, if they made death threats call the police. Otherwise, just keep blocking each GT that does this and reporting them via the console.

Someone is threatening to hit me off.

There are unfortunately people on Xbox Live who harass people as such for the sake of it. Filing a complaint (as mentioned) reports the user to Policy Enforcement, blocking communications (as mentioned) cuts them off from contacting you. Do not engage in
further contact after blocking them; sending a message will unblock them.

EDIT: Just want to add as I just re-read your post, account hacking threats are empty threats. No one can
hack your account, it's just a matter of keeping your account information secure.

I would not take the threat seriously probably a dead threat, Just block communications with him and don't talk to him.

If when in doubt you think it is serious just -

Block communications with him and Report him for harassment or system tampering(if he used a mod/hack) on the console through the Dashboard with the filling complaint feature and leave any messages (if he sent any to you) for the XBLPET such as text messages
or voice messages in your message box as evidence and they will use this to investigate as well. It might take a while looking into it as they investigate a lot of reports but if he has broken the rules and has been unjust in anyway he will get banned soon
enough.

The bans are never unjust because they only happen if you break the Code of Conduct. Social engineering is something they avoid by blocking outside contact to the Enforcement team.

Report and block the person. No one is gonna hack you, it's just a empty threat

Report the player and block communications. Call the police in response to death threats. Case closed.
