    Please read and tell me how fair this sounds.

    Thursday 4/21/16 my husband and I were playing a game. A group of kids were cheating. Before reporting (because I know that feature is abused) we back out and watched the game in theatre to confirm our suspicions. Sure enough 4 kids were cheating. So
    we go into another lobby, there they are. Taunting, harassing, and continuing to mod the system. So not only did I contact support and give the GT and situation details, we also reported them to Xbox and the game from the console. The support rep said they
    will look into it. For the next hour they continued to harass us. So, after all avenues were exhausted and I was forced to turn off a service I pay for. The last plead to stop was telling them I was Xbox staff in hopes they would back down. The next day,
    I login and play a few games, get kicked back to the main menu and informed I was banned from using my profile for 8 days for impersonations of staff. I used every source I could to cease this behavior and wasn't aware saying I was staff was an issue. So
    in short, I'm banned and they are still playing and harassing the Xbox community. After countless calls, chats, etc. This is still the end result. I have 4 consoles in my home and support many Microsoft products on a daily basis. As a business owner I know
    how I would handle this, but Microsoft just allows this behavior. This is insanity and the fact I don't have the option to request a case review is just unbelievable. I feel I've been discriminated againstinstclearly, charged for a service I can't utilize,
    and over completely dissatisfied with the outcome. If I do have to wait 8 days, I will no longer be a customer and go to any lengths to make awareness that Xbox live condones this behavior. I do realize this is just another outlet service reps are told to
    use and this may go unnoticed but what's another hour of wasted time. This for sure needs to reconsidered, quickly.

  2. Apparently MS are protected from lawsuits.

    Apparntly we have to claim Arbitration as Microsoft are impervious to lawsuits. Well we will be doing so and all we can to rectify this terribly unjust system.

    RONALDO you should count yourself lucky I spent £450 on a first edition and have nothing but trouble from it broken disk drives broken countrolers and the final straw was the latest update bricking my console and being told that because its 1 month out of
    warranty they want £115 to repair it and there is no gauentee that next time there is an update it will not brick it again

    Also the GT of mine affected was Gizzle42. The kids to avoid is [mod removed] . We will see how this affects the service and fairness. I check daily and they still have playing games privilegeso. Insanity

    No one from Microsoft or the enforcement team (who are the ones who handle bans) read this forum. You would need to submit a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    As long as you filed complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate them but enforcement actions are not always immediate. Also, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If you dump the Xboxes, please give them to a charity.

    I Dont care anymore because it wont change a unjust terms of use. I'm just stating I'm thru with Microsoft. It's become toxic not just from the community but the company itself.
