Unjust enforcement

Discus and support Unjust enforcement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my son has had an enforcement served on him for no reason.     Unjust enforcement


    my son has had an enforcement served on him for no reason. He is only 10 and the only thing was a message flashed up that had offensive language on but he didn’t send it. I can’t appeal because it’s I may for 24 hours. It’s not fair though.

    A problem with communication/unlawful (without reason, or origin) "violation"

    The only people that can help you with an enforcement action is the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not monitor these forums.

    If you feel that your suspension was unjust then you can go to that website and file for a case review and the enforcement team will again investigate any report that was made and if it was unjust then they will lift the suspension sooner.

    That is the only way that your suspension will be lifted sooner.

    XBOX ENFORCEMENT UNJUST BANNS!

    In all respect to Microsoft as a gamer of Microsoft for the last 10 years I humbly confess I'm going to Sony. For the reason of the "Xbox enforcement".. Xbox enforcement has not only bullied and scrutinize players for the most part for no reason.. they have
    taken away the fun and joy of being a high-level gamer. Not only do you get suspended for any and everything, you have to walk on eggshells as an elite player ,due to the fact that you can basically get suspended for being a great player because someone decides
    they want to report you for beating them! Xbox enforcement has ruined Microsoft how can you be in a Enforcement Community but not have a 1-800 number for customers to complain or state their case you get suspended for 2,3,4 months at a time and they expect
    you to continue to come back and play? For this reason this is why Sony is taking over.Xbox is no longer the top of the food chain because they are unfair with their punishment and how they treat players and taking away the game that you put money into.

    My suggestion would be for you to read the Code of Conduct and explain it to your child in order to avoid future bans

    Support team has no access anything the enforcement team does. The enforcement team is literally hiding behind screens handing out unjust suspensions.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    You will need to submit a case appeal to the Xbox Family Safety Team via the case appeal link on the enforcement page here: Enforcements | Xbox Support

    If you are eligible, you will see an option to submit a case appeal. This way, you will be able to communicate this with the safety team who will review your appeal. They will then decide on whether your suspension will be lifted.

    The problem with posting in the forums is that no one from the Family Safety Team reviews this forum. Thus, they will not see your post here. All I can recommend next time is that you are careful on what abbreviations you post online and what others may mistake them for.
