    Hi.

    Im having trouble making Kinect clips. When I start recording everything appears to be fine but once Im done I have a big red cutout of a figure. If I go to edit or play the clip all of a sudden the clip shows me as it should. When I go to finish and submit
    the clip I have blank black thumbnail.

    Im also receiving enforcement notices when I try to upload Kinect clips. These clips are containing no profanity, or anything. I made a vid showing some sneakers I purchased to help Doernbecher hospital which is a medical facility that help kids with life
    threatening illnesses. And it was banned. Added gameplay and it was banned. Others vids I have made showing games and my gaming setup have also be banned. This is during the upload process; so this is not other community members reporting these vids. I have
    received 6 or more enforcement notice messages and placed on my record for content that is harmless.

    I can make a vid playing GTA5, TF2, COD, etc and kill hundreds of people with blood splattered everywhere but if I showcase my gaming setup Im in trouble? This is all new and just started happening so maybe its a glitch in the preview program but if someone
    can fix these issues and remove those notices I would be ver appreciative.

    My suggestion would be for you to read the Code of Conduct and explain it to your child in order to avoid future bans

    A problem with communication/unlawful (without reason, or origin) "violation"

    The only people that can help you with an enforcement action is the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not monitor these forums.

    If you feel that your suspension was unjust then you can go to that website and file for a case review and the enforcement team will again investigate any report that was made and if it was unjust then they will lift the suspension sooner.

    That is the only way that your suspension will be lifted sooner.

    Support team has no access anything the enforcement team does. The enforcement team is literally hiding behind screens handing out unjust suspensions.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    You will need to submit a case appeal to the Xbox Family Safety Team via the case appeal link on the enforcement page here: Enforcements | Xbox Support

    If you are eligible, you will see an option to submit a case appeal. This way, you will be able to communicate this with the safety team who will review your appeal. They will then decide on whether your suspension will be lifted.

    The problem with posting in the forums is that no one from the Family Safety Team reviews this forum. Thus, they will not see your post here. All I can recommend next time is that you are careful on what abbreviations you post online and what others may mistake them for.
